Conférence handicap - Jodie Greer

Jodie Greer

Jodie is a trainer on disability inclusion with over 20 years' experience in the corporate world, including as a Global Accessibility Lead for a multinational company.

Neurodiversity is the recognition that neurological differences, such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, are natural variations of the human brain. It emphasizes the value of diversity, as approximately 1 in 7 individuals worldwide are neurodivergent, contributing unique perspectives and strengths to society and the workplace.

This 90-minute conference will enable participants to better understand neurodiversity and the human and business impacts of a lack of neuro-inclusion. They will gain valuable insights and practical tips for creating a neuro-inclusive workplace.

Through this conference, participants will get to hear directly from someone with lived experience and will learn:

  • How diverse neurodiversity is

  • The value and business benefits of neuro-inclusion

  • Some of the barriers in a neurotypical world

  • Tips to create a neuro-inclusive workplace

About Jodie Greer

Jodie has been passionate about disability inclusion since childhood and has successfully enabled effective change around the world.

Jodie brings learnings from the lived experiences of thousands of deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent people, providing the added value of a truly holistic lens. She understands that the subjects of disabilities and accessibility aren’t a comfort zone for everyone (yet!) and that these subjects can feel personal and emotive. That’s why Jodie delivers workshops and conferences in an engaging and fun way, whilst considering different preferences, learning styles, accessibility needs, and neuro-inclusion.
